Need a second set of eyes?

Most of the notes I get are one of three things. A plant or a program somebody wants an honest read on. A talk they want me to give. Or something adjacent that does not fit in a box. I read every one of them myself. Tell me what is going on and I will tell you straight whether I can help.

Tell me what you need

Short is fine. I reply myself.

No pitch, no pricing page, no sales sequence. If it is not a fit I will say so.
Part One

What people reach out about

These are the four buckets almost everything falls into. Pick the closest one when you write. If none of them fit, say so, that is what the fourth one is for.

001

A second opinion on our OT program

Where you stand, what to do first, no tool pitch. Sometimes that is a read on a plant, sometimes it is a read on a roadmap somebody already sold you.

002

A talk or keynote

Conferences, internal events, board sessions. The practitioner anti-FUD talk, the AI and OT talk, and the family cyber-safety talk from the book.

003

Automation and AI

Getting real work done with it, not a slide deck about it. What I actually run, what broke, and what I would not put anywhere near a control network.

004

Something else

If it is about keeping critical infrastructure running, ask. The odd requests are usually the interesting ones.

Part Two

What happens next

No funnel, no discovery call script, no drip campaign. Here is the whole process.

Not sure it is worth sending?

Send it. Worst case you get a short answer and a pointer to someone better suited. Best case you get an honest read from somebody who has stood on the plant floor and had to make the call.
